Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the September 7, 2021 meeting were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to accept
the minutes.  Lance Wang seconded. Without objection, the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- AR: Mike LaBonte to test first IBISCHK710 code drop
  Started, but not done yet.


NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
None.


IBISCHK710 development:
Bob Ross said he had not yet reviewed the preliminary ibischk710 code.  He said the QA
suite generated many errors due to empty target files.  Mike LaBonte said he had compiled
the code, but he had to add -std=c99 to the makefile for Linux.  He felt that there were
more compiler warnings with the new code.  In running the code Mike ran into file access
errors that he was still investigating.  No issues had been found .  Mike asked if any
IBIS files with new 7.1 features were available for testing.  Randy Wolff said some EMD
files had been posted. He would send those to the group.
